Idol group Super Junior had a full house two days running in Japan’s Tokyo Dome with their world tour Super Show 5.

Super Junior’s Super Junior World Tour Super Show 5 in Tokyo, held in Japan’s Tokyo Dome on July 27 and 28, ended successfully amid the enthusiastic participation of 110 thousand audience members.

Super Junior earned raves from the audience by performing their hits “Sorry Sorry,” “Mr. Simple,” “Bonamana,” “Sexy, Free & Single” etc. as well as songs like “Hero,” “Tuxedo” and “★BAMBINA★” from their first full-length released in Japan on July 24. They performed 29 songs in total which showed their varied charms in a stage full of album songs, costume shows, unit performances and heated up the concert with a powerfuls performance of diverse songs and spectacular stage settings .
Kyuhyun and Ryewook sang “Gray Paper,” a song by group member Yesung for the original soundtrack of That Winter, the Wind Blows to thank fans for their love to Super Junior-K.R.Y. They moved the audience by putting up videos of Yesung’s previous activities as they sang, creating the feeling that the three Super-Junior-K.R.Y. members were singing together.

As Super Junior is gaining huge popularity in Japan, holding exclusive concerts in Tokyo Dome last year and this year for two years running, they decided to have additional concerts on November 15 and 16 in Kyocera Dome in Osaka. They announced their plans for the Osaka concerts on stage to heated responses by fans.

Japanese fans celebrated Super Junior’s world tour Super Show exceeding one million audience members in total and the release of Super Junior’s first official Japanese album Hero by putting up pickets saying “You’re my HERO” on July 27 and “Congratulations! A Million Audience for the SUPER SHOW” on July 28, moving the Super Junior members with their thoughful gift and enthusiastic cheering.

The exclusive concert Super Show, which began in February 2008, has consisted so far of three Asian tours and two world tours and exceeded an accumulated audience number of one million with the Singapore concert on July 6. The Tokyo Dome concert broke the record of 80th concert, and proved Super Junior’s powerful popularity and influence once more.

Super Junior, who completed their Tokyo Dome concerts with success, will be holding their concert Super Junior World Tour Super Show 5 in Bangkok in IMPACT Arena Muong Thong Thani in Bangkok. Thailand on August 3 and 4.
