Super Junior is receiving unprecedented love in Taiwan.

Following the release of Super Junior’s Sexy, Free & Single on July 4, the song ended up topping Taiwan’s KKBOX’s Korean Music Top 100 Chart for the first week of July. In doing so, Super Junior managed to top the chart’s weekly ranking for a record 110th weeks in a row.

Before this week’s ranking Super Junior’s Bonamana placed first on the chart for 63 weeks, Mr. Simple for 46 weeks to give them a combined total of 109 weeks atop the chart.

In addition Super Junior’s entire sixth album tracks have taken over the top ten of the chart’s daily ranking, showing the group’s immense popularity in Taiwan.

  1. Awesome!! Im so happy and proud of super juniors work!! they have never let me down!! saranghae super junior!! And congrats!! keep up the good work!! ❤

  2. One question, why did Mr. Simple was No. 1 for 46 weeks only? Not as long as Bonamana? I thought Mr. Simple stole Bonamana’s spot as soon as it was released in Taiwan?

    • Mr Simple did overtake Bonamana but because Sexy Free and Single released so early, thats why it’s not as long as Bonamana..

    • It overtook each other. It was the gap of each abum released. It was a year and 3 months Mr. Simple was released after Bonamana and it was only 11 months then we have SFS after Mr. Simple. If you calculate 11 months x 4 weeks, which is about 44 weeks. Which makes sense that Mr. Simple only stayed for 46 weeks
