111209 Super Junior’s Eunhyuk shares thoughts on leaving Kiss the Radio

Following Super Junior’s Leeteuk, fellow member Eunhyuk has now revealed his feelings on leaving their radio program, “Kiss the Radio“. After 5 years and 3 months, the two Super Junior members have departed from the radio program with the title of “longest running idol DJs”.

On December 7th, Eunhyuk updated his Twitter and wrote, “It’s only now that I settled my mind a bit. Like breaking up with girlfriend…ㅋㅋ I have learnt many things and met a lot of good person during this 5 years 3 months, it had become a precious time compare with any other time to me but now, from 10pm to 12am, it has become normal everyday….”

He then expressed his gratitude towards the staff and listeners and tweeted, “Staffs who guided us with the *carrot-and-stick method, a lot of guests who shared story with us every night together, our Kiss family members who gifted us the precious memories which couldn’t be exchanged with anything, I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart!! It was a very happy times that we share our frank story together!! // ps: *carrot-and-stick is an idiom that refers to a policy of offering a combination of rewards and punishment to induce behavior.”

It was previously revealed that fellow Super Junior members Sungmin and Ryeowook will become the new DJs of the show. Eunhyuk proceeded to asking fans to show support for the two new DJs and wrote, “Now I’m going to challenge more things. Please keep supporting me!! Please always stay healthy and be happy~ From 10pm until 12am!! Please spend a happy time with Sungmin, Ryeowook nowㅎㅎ Sungminie hyung, Ryeowook ah~ Please look after Sukiraㅜㅜ Everyone, sincerely thank you , and I love you!!! Chu♥”

Eunhyuk concluded, “Miss it……..^^ Teukie hyung!!! We will be sitting here again right?”, and attached a photo of his former desk on the show.

Eunhyuk and Leeteuk completed their final show on the 5th of December.
