  4. Heechul maybe you should keep a low profile for a moment with all this “celebrities in army” issues… i just don’t want your comeback later this year to be difficult for you… even if somehow i know you don’t care about netizens opinions.

    • It’s not the same thing. Because of his injury, he’s doing his duty as a civil service officer (he works for the government), NOT in the army. The rules are really not the same. He’s allowed to do what he wants outside his work hours, like any person working for the government, unlike in the military where they have strict rules to follow 24/24.
