- I dunno what they call in English, in Indonesia we call that is bekam/hijamah. That’s good for your health, yeah even though a bit painfull..

    - Yes, like koko said, after awhile you’ll get used to it, and feel fresh.
      Bekam is better than drink medicine or something, because less side effect, just your skin being red (like Henry).

woah. he did bekam? i never tried it but it’s good for ur body coz it relieves ur body of toxin in the blood. thats why its red after its done because its vacuuming the blood, literally. but henry should feel way better after he’s done.
