Fans of Super Junior’s Yesung in Osaka, Japan, there’s a chance you’ll see the idol if you start searching around the city! On January 10th, Yesung updated his Twitter page and wrote, “I’m touring all over Osaka. Guess where I am now.”
Along with the tweet, he attached a photo of himself standing on a side street in Osaka. The Super Junior member looked super cute with his adorable smile and his striped skull sweater.
Netizens commented, “I like your skeleton patterned shirt! I love you.” “You look cute. You are always smiling.” “You are great! You are handsome! I love Super Junior. Fighting!”
Yesung previously shared a selca of himself riding on the Osaka subway on the 9th, and it looks like the idol is still touring the city.

120111 Super Junior releases the making-of film for the Japanese version of Mr. Simple

Super Junior brought over their catchy song, Mr. Simple, to Japan as their second Japanese single and now the making-of film for the Japanese version of the song’s MV has been revealed.
It shows the members posing in their various outfits and poses for their album jackets and individual concepts. Not only that, but they also reveal their thoughts on the shooting and some even attempt to speak Japanese.

The entire ELF fandom held their breath as the countdown to the unveiling of the Golden Disk Daesang Award was slowly approaching. 2011 was a special year for Super Junior, as Leeteuk would be going into the army soon in 2012.
When it was announced that Super Junior won the Popularity Award, all their fans rejoiced. However, what really caught their attention was when Super Junior won MSN Japan Award, Best Selling Act and Disk Bonsang, not to mention Disk Daesang, as well. Their Mr. Simple album sold 479,329 copies! Their short but sweet acceptance speech rang true in the hearts of fans everywhere:
“We’ve been looking for happiness since November 6, 2005 and we thank the fans for giving us that happiness. When we debuted, no one expected us to succeed. We want thank super managers, Teacher Lee Soo Man and CEO Kim Young Min.”
Here’s the members’ reactions following the awards ceremony:
Sungmin updated his blog, saying, “4 gold awards ..ㅠㅠThank you~!! I’m really, really … so happy these days ~ These awards reward us with everyone together in the future. I will try much harder!”

120111 Breaking News: SUPER SHOW 4 Singapore Ticketing Details

Super Singapore ELFs can now stop gritting teeth as Super Show 4 concert tickets and schedule details are confirmed for two nights on 18 February (Saturday) 2012, 6.00pm and 19 February (Sunday) 2012, 4.00pm.
This is the next huge Super Junior World Tour fans have been waiting for, and we know a lot of neighboring countries Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Philippines are also interested to watch the show!
Tickets will be priced at $228 (Arena, Terrace & Mosh Pit) and $168 (Balcony).
Public ticketing will be open on 15 January 2012, 12PM.

Super Junior Yesung has been updating his fans about the freedom his enjoying in Osaka, Japan.
Recently, Yesung posted more pictures of himself with brother Jong Jin and Leo Jeong, and also praise Japanese fans for their humbleness. He tweeted, “Wandering happily in Osaka, I made so many good memories with Jong Jin and senior. Our ELF are so polite.”
In the shared pictures Yesung, JonJin and Leo Jeong are posing funnily and mostly they have taken on streets and local areas of the city. Yesung had previously praised the city and people because unlike other countries he can easily wander around the city without being attacked by fans.

Sometimes it is the simplest messages that mean the most. Especially when the person is sorely missed. Super Junior’s Kim HeeChul enlisted for his mandatory military service this past summer and since then has been working in the public service department. It is only occasionally that he is heard from, with his most recent Twitter activity being just this morning.

Kim Heechul went up the stage and bowed, the music has not been played yet. The Mayor stood up, wanted to shake hands with him. Heechul was startled and went ‘oh’, so he jumped down the stage and sook hands with the mayor.
MC said: So Mr.Mayor is Super Junior fan as well!
After that he went back to the stage and even moon-walked backstage. I was sitting on the 1st row, and I said to him: Oppa Fighting!.

120111 Winners from the 26th Golden Disk Awards

On January 11th, many of Korea’s top musicians and pop stars gathered at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka for the 26th Golden Disk Awards.
This year, the show was divided into two parts: the first part (held on January 11th) honors the winners of the physical album categories, while the second party (held on January 12th) will do the same for digital albums. KARA‘s Park Gyuri and Super Junior‘s Leeteuk acted as MCs for this year’s awards.
The first ‘Golden Disk Awards’ began in 1986, and since then, it’s become Korea’s most prestigious awards ceremony for music. Nicknamed the ‘Korean Grammy Awards,’ the ceremony is reputed for its fair standards, as the committee utilizes figures from album and digital music sales only.
