well hardly. He stands in the same spot, while the photographer moved around., shadow fits as well.
…. he may have plaýed with the contrast or something, but basically it’s not photoshopped (as in sewing his head on an other persons body. Haha actually if this was photoshopped: it would be a good job ^^)
