- Earlier on today Leeteuk tweeted this: 110321 Leeteuk Twitter Update: door’s open whenever
- As a result, a rumour came about that “110321 In this article, Hangeng said that Super Junior members rejected Hangeng to call them” ( http://bit.ly/fbgsO3)
- the TRUTH is that this is what Han Geng said when asked:
“(Earlier on, a member of Super Junior was hurt by something in Shanghai?) “I don’t know and I will call to ask. Actually it happened to me before as well but I managed to dodge it.”
- Please ignore all purposely false mistranslations going around.

Something’s obviously happened and they can’t get his call. Maybe their manager didn’t give them the phone because they were busy.
Hankyung’s been so busy with the movie, maybe he made a mistake and called them when they couldn’t answer?

yeah… same like u, i think that maybe this political of want make a such of bad news toward their pure relationship. as u know already that all of them had a great relationship so there were must be want to make some nonsense word to make their tight being far and distance more away from each other. i hate this bad news. i really hate to someone who want bash my lovely members of suju. i hope i’ll never see this nonsense unfact again.

I knew something was wrong before geng won’t say something that makes suju look bad. Why does media manipulate everything they say into something else. Hopefully people can tweet this to the boys so they don’t misunderstand geng.

That’s google translate. It doesn’t translate correctly. He definitely was talking about being in the same situation before (having something thrown at him) and dodging it.
My guess is maybe the Korean journalist but the Chinese through google translate, and used that? =.=; That would explain how they got their version….

Fuhh. What a relieve. But yeah, I don’t believe that rumor too, because I have full faith in my 13+2 boys, they would never do something like that. I was touched reading Leeteuk’s tweet, he has been through a lot, happy and painful times. As an ELF, it’s my dream to see Hangeng rejoins SJ, but then, we shouldn’t be selfish, should we? If he’s happy, then we are too. But if Hangeng decides to join SJ back, I’d welcome him with an open heart.

It is very unfortunate again. HG was interviewed by a Hong Kong reporter. Maybe the reporter is not good with mandarin? Her report in Chinese of those last two sentence were not good Chinese and created misunderstanding. Apparently, if HG did not hear about this (this incident was not reported in China too much)until the reporter told him, how could he have called before? When I read the article, I knew that he meant that he had same situation before and was able to dodge it. But I thought the chinese writing was really bad because in direct translation the wording is like “I also tried and was able to dodge it”. Now I think about it, he probably said “我也有这事過“ meaning I also had similar situation and the reporter either typo or misheard so it became ”我也試過” – “I also tried”.

Yeah, it seems to be an error on both the HK journalist and the Korean journalist part. First the Chinese journalist could have use a full stop instead of a comma, which would have helped. But the Korean journalist really screwed it up: 但闪开了 is definitely “I dodged it”, and not that he was the one being avoided. Meaning he was definitely talking about being in the same situation, having something thrown at him and avoiding it. Something like “I tried to call them, but I dodged it” makes NO sense at all, so it was very clear to a Chinese speaker that he was talking about avoiding the something being thrown at him. And those words aren’t even used when talking about avoiding phone calls anyway…

here’s what i think
these part he’s saying to the media:
“The door’s open whenever. Always have left the spot open. Hope you’ll only talk truth.”– meaning even before they never wavered in saying that there’s still room for geng to come back, whenever he wants to.
“Don’t want any false pain anymore.” both parties been hurt. whoever likes goodbyes, abandonment and rejection? but those are choices.right?
and i believe these are for geng:
“We’ve never let go of your hands.”
“We are Super Junior!!But still hope you’re happy” — meaning either as a group or an individual happiness is is all they wish for.

I agree with you that media all over the world (not just S. Korea) create something out of nothing so they can write about the “news.” But I don’t agree that the Korean Media as a whole is against Hangeng. From what I’ve read and from what I’ve heard from K-elf penpals, the Korean press and the population are generally rooting for Hangeng and JYJ. How can they not, when all the sordid details came out in their lawsuits?
p.s. I have a feeling the netizen antis were behind it somehow. They’re crazy organized and vicious AND they have way to much time on their hands
