SM Entertainment to debut “M1″ in March? (SJ Mentioned)

SM Entertainment has announced that a new boy band named “M1″ will be debuting in March or April 2011. When fans heard this news, they immediately connected the name to the “female Girls’ Generation” that SM had been preparing.
The nine-member boy band had been dubbed “So Nyun Chun Ji,” or “Boys’ Land.” The rumored members of SNCJ include Jino, who already debuted through SM the Ballad. Others include:
Yoo Chiwon, who is rumored to have vocal talent matching Xiah Junsu,
Ryu Chao, a Chinese member,
Kim Jongin, SHINee Taemin’s friend,
Han Kyuwan (23), an internet ulzzang who failed to make either SS501 or Battle,
and Kim Munkyu (18), the trainee Lee Sooman likes the most.
However, SNCJ already have a lot of antis even before they have debuted. The boys had been brought to TVXQ’s Mirotic concert and had sat playing on their Nintendo DS in the VIP seats, to many Cassiopeian’s anger. They have also said on their Cyworlds that TVXQ, Super Junior, and SHINee were guinea pigs for their debut and that they could not debut because the three groups had not broken up. Some members have even cursed on TVXQ songs “Don’t Say Goodbye” and “Love in the Ice.”
Although these comments surfaced on the boys Cyworld and have since been deleted, posts about them on Korean community sites are still negative. Netizens have continuously blogged about the trainees because of their past comments.
Unfortunately, as the original Cyworld comments have been deleted, we are unable to link directly to the comments. However, we have included numerous blogs that have been commenting on these trainees since their comments.

Well, I’m not anti-anyone. But they can’t have me for a fan. I am already taken. Suju is my band. Even when Suju gets older, so what? Won’t I also be getting older? So whatever age I am, they will always be just right for me.

Hey, syamimi! I think SM is looking for a new group of fans who are in grammar school right now, and they think Suju is too old to appeal to the young baby kids.
The new guys would be smart enough not to irritate ELF. We can be sooooo not nice if you mess with us. Right?
As far as them bad-mouthing Suju, I kinda doubt it. It must be a rumor. The new guys would have to be ten kinds of stupid to make rude remarks about people in their own company. Their own managers would jump up and stuff a sock in their mouths!
Also, Suju has a huge and fierce fan club. ELF do not have a reputation for patience

very well said,kat~!suju is too old to appeal??well,we are aging..and i am already 23 this year but i dont find any reason to stop from being an elf..!!maybe i am too old to speak about how suju can be soo attractive to young kids but i have a friend who is super crazy about suju,her 6 years old niece also love suju..!so,what can i say>!elf is fierce..it is undoubtful~!!to tell you the truth..recently,i got irritated with people around me..they are not happy because i am SUPER CRAZY about SUPER JUNIOR..they make fun of me because of my obsession~!! and i cannot stand to see them bad mouthing suju~!they dont know anything about suju,yet,still talking bad about them!!

Haha…I so know what you mean. My friends think my mother must have dropped me on my head when I was a baby.. And my focus on Chulie is maybe just slightly over the edge. Hah. His personality is a little bit of everyone I have ever known. Love him! Does that even make sense?
I will be 20 soon, not a kid anymore. And I do have a really busy schedule, so it’s not like I’m sitting at home drooling over pictures all day long. But still….something about this group has just hooked me. I almost feel like they, and ELF are relatives. Like all of us have a kinship. Aish. What can I say? So, yeah, I hear what you are saying…:)

I’m a realist, so I know I will never actually meet him. But even if I did, he would never notice me. I would be quiet and respectful and keep my distance so he wouldn’t feel stared at. He wouldn’t know that I wish him oceans of love and the best life possible, (from a distance!).

About what they might have said about suju… well I don’t know, could just be a rumour, I really hope so, because otherwise this would be really rude and disguesting… I know Suju was an experimant from the start and I know they worked hard to overcame the status of being an experiment! Saying they are a “guinea pig” really hurts. Ah this makes me tear up.

I agree with you. Super Junior will always be E.L.Fs band. Who cares if Super Junior gets older? They will always be the people they always were. That’s why we E.L.Fs love them.

*sigh* this is kinda sad, because I guess SM Entertainment is just trying to make more money with more groups. Couldn’t they have just let jino debut as a solo? He seems nice enough, whilst the others don’t. I don’t think they’d be very welcome in the SMTOWN family if they are not being respectful towards their seniors. When has super junior (or SHINee or TVXQ) ever done anything to them? Clearly TVXQ wanted to welcome them by introducing them to the industry through their concert. And super Junior and SHINee never said anything bad about these trainees. I think SM should rethink this group. A member form china? sound familiar? I can only hope they treat him better then they did Hangeng.

The rest of the SM family seems really close, SJ, SHINee, SNSD, f(x), TRAX…I feel like these boys won’t get along with the rest of them. Super Junior are the top artists, how can they trainees even say that about them? Respect for your sunbaes is a giant thing in the Korean industry…wonder how far these boys will go.

There is no evidence that they really said that, give me the screencaps on what they wrote and I’ll believe those netizens. Agreed. Shouldn’t there be screen caps if the boys really said that? Netizens suppose to be really quick-minded, and I’d expect at least one or two of them to have quickly saved the screen caps before it’s deleted but NO, none were found? Anyway, on a side note, the last boy looks really young to debut in a group in my opinion. I would have mistaken him as 13-year-old is his age wasn’t stated there.

Remember back when SNSD was strongly criticized for the things they said, which were all very disrespectful to their seniors?
Well, M1 was supposed SNSD’s name before debut and it’s supposed to be this group’s pre-debut name.
The key word is “rumored”. IMHO, Junsu’s voice is in a league above any matching possible.

i personally will not judge them this early.
i know they were being disrespectful to their senior but that doesn’t mean (i think) that they ‘cannot’ debut as artists.

Don’t misunderstand i’m an ELF and proud of being one but i know sometimes fans can be a little immature. So let’s wait the screencaps.
But about their behaviour at TVXQ’s concert since cassiopeians saw them i think they outpassed the limits. Hope all this story is a false rumor because SM entertainment and all singers doesn’t need another scandal.

Tsh. If these rumors are true then I already have no respect for them. TVXQ and Suju are not perfect, but they are hard working people that are very humble. Because they are this way they have managed to become the biggest bands in Asia, having millions of fans. If anything, these guys should know that you go farther by making more friends than enemies.
This is sad because I was really looking forward to a new SM band debuting. Anyway, who cares. I’ll be a Suju fan as long as they exist.

The reason why they couldn’t debut and even one of the member couldn’t make it into ss501 is because they have no talent at all!!! I’m pretty sure they’ll be an alright group, but there is no way! I dont really care about the issue until we got some prove..
What worried me is it mean that SM focus will be devided more and more..
This year TVXQ, F(X), Shinee, this gourp, SNSD and many SM member will launch their new album..
I’m afraid they will not prioritate Suju.. And will not promote Suju enough with their Album.
Just like last year :
- Low budget MV, Limited costums, small portion promotion, to the GDA unfairness.
I do hope this year SME will treat Suju better, but with another group debut I dont think anything will change this year

however… to say that to sunbaes from your own company is a pretty stupid thing to do – especially with the number of Elfs/Cassies/Shawols out there. if they really did write those comments, then they’re in for a hell of a lot of antis

That’s funny, because I had always been under the impression that Suju and SNSD were boy/girl counterparts like how f(x) and SHINee are…obviously I was wrong? xD I’m going to reserve judgment as well until their debut. More often that not, these things aren’t true, and as someone mentioned above it would be extremely stupid to say those things about people in the same company, but if they are, then it’ll probably become obvious later anyhow. On a different level, I’m not sure if I’m ready for SM to have another giant boy band…Suju seems like they’re doing a pretty good job to me. xD
