you need to be korean to join cyworld since they’d be asking for a registration id (citizen id).
I think you can still join cyworld if you want (as a foreigner) but you need to go through some process (submitting papers and stuff)
not sure though!

I heard that if I’m not Korean I have to send them a copy of my passport or ID << that's fine with me , but I don't know how =(
some people say you can join if you aren't Korean, and the other say you can't =(
