↘Hankyung’s termination request document has been revealed and also his lawyer Kim Jinwook has been interviewed so indeed this is not a rumour. In this interview, his lawyer said he doesnt know about Hankyung’s decision of whether continuing activities with Super Junior or not and he said Hankyung’s official statement about this case is planned to be out soon
↘ Hankyung’s lawyer said the reason Hankyung brings in this lawsuit against SM is because his 13-year contract is too long and there are many unfair clauses in the contract.
↘ SM Entertainment released their statement and said they’re trying to settle this amiably with Han Geng over the phone.

Hangeng should have waited until SJM activities were over before doing this, if SM doesn’t re-contract him then the SJM CD will be stopped, and the group will probably suffer a lot.
I’m not saying anything against Hangeng, he is one of my favorite members, but if he did this right now, in the middle of promotions, it means he is very confident that SM will cave quickly.
I hope everything is resolved quickly, but it looks like Hangeng is going to have to do a lot of work with Kyuhyun, he wrote that cyworld then reportedly closed his down alltogether.

I heard something looking around online, apparently Yesung, Teukie, Kangin, Donghae, and Eunhyuk are doing the same.
This is actually very good. SM now has two choices: one is to give them the new contract, the other is to loose Super Junior entirely. They are not stupid, they won’t risk their best performers over this, all they want is the new contract.

it’s so sad…That the greed of one company can destroy thousands (dare I say, millions) of ELF hearts…I hope they give in to HG and change all of SuJu`s contract. They deserve to get the fruits of their labor (instead of SM eating up all the revenues of SJ’s hard work).
Please don’t bash on Kyu (to those hateful Bashers!), It’s his opinion and he’s entitled to it. We have to understand that they are all confused and hurt of what’s happening.

SM is really…a fake Heaven.
I recommend to NOT audition for that company..unless they changed those contract deals.
I know some of the members are goin to be 30 in like two more years but.. SuJu is just too fun and unique to be disbanded..
They are not like other idols who just have that perfect idol image..
I hope SuJu will change to another company..(JYP,CUBE ent) and exist forever..but we all know this day would come.. T_T been almost 6 years of success for them! Must be a bittersweet memory for them.. and us.

I know right?!?! It feels like SuJu is supposed to exist forever, but that’s only wishful thinking :/ Totally bittersweet…they’ve done so well and come so far!
I think it’s good Hangeng is doing something about this, though. That’s horrible that his unfair contract is affecting his health, he’s definitely doing the right thing! He will be greatly missed if he leaves SuJu, but it’s just too much for him…maybe he feels it’s holding him back? I 100% support his decision though… he’s such a great guy <3

Isn’t it clearly enough that this many artists wanna change their contract, beacause it’s too long and unfair.
Don’t you see how tired and fully packed their schedules are..

i read the two comments and i dont like to judge my baby 13 because he said his opinion. he might feels sooooo sad bcz he sees hangeng as his hyung and he feels unsecured seeing his hyug possibility leaving SJM and SUJU….
Hangeng oppa i loooooooooove you so much. since dec 24, i didnt do anyth excepy reading for new updates and whether the 6 members filed the suite or only hangeng oppa, however today i feel little bit of relief knowing that eunhae are still in SUJU (hopefully!)
yesterday i was watching SUJU full house, and saw how cute hangeng is during learning english with donghae…aaaaaaaaah cannot believe this… T_T
